Description: a 29-unit pool villa development spanning over 8 rai, featuring a dedicated clubhouse and utility buildings.
We have been involved from the very beginning, providing support from initial project planning through to the construction stage. Our scope also includes managing the technical requirements for the Initial Environmental Evaluation (IEE) submission.
Status: Ongoing construction, expected to be completed in 2027
The development was carried out within a BIM environment not only for the architecture, but also the structural and MEP work, which helped ensure seamless integration between architectural and engineering work and reduced unforeseen issues during the construction process.
Our structural design is based on the finite element method. While the stability, continuity, and lateral force capacity of residential structures are often overlooked, Intgrid pays attention to every detail to ensure we exceed design standards.
